To purchase a virtual card, first complete your identity verification (KYC). Next, fund your account via Tether (USDT- TRC20). After funding, go to the “Virtual Card” section and submit your card request.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Top up your account with Tether (USDT) Go to Deposit / Top Up and choose the network (TRC20). Copy the displayed USDT address. From your wallet or exchange, select Send / Withdraw, paste the address, choose the same network, enter the amount, and confirm. After a few network confirmations, your balance will be updated automatically. Important: Only send USDT on the selected network; sending on the wrong network can result in loss of funds. Network fees are paid by the sender. Crypto transactions are irreversible—double-check the address and network before sending.

How do I top up my account with Tether (USDT)?
To increase your account balance via Tether (USDT), follow these steps: 1. Open the Deposit section • Log in to your account. • Go to Deposit / Top Up. • From the available methods, choose Tether (USDT). 2. Select the transfer network • Two common networks for USDT: • TRC20 (Tron network) → lower fees, faster speed • ERC20 (Ethereum network) → higher fees • Select your preferred network. ⚠️ When sending, make sure to choose the same network in your wallet or exchange. 3. Get the wallet address • After selecting the network, a dedicated USDT address will be shown. • Copy this address and use it for the transfer. 4.
